HAIDOX LICENSE TERMS
Proprietary Software License Terms v1.0 (2026)

These license terms are an agreement between the project owner and the person or
organization that accesses, installs, copies, tests, operates, or uses HAIDOX.
By accessing or using HAIDOX, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them,
you may not use HAIDOX.

Korean reference document: LICENSE.ko.md. If this English document conflicts
with any translation, summary, webpage, notice, or informal explanation, this
English document controls unless the project owner has signed a separate written
agreement that expressly overrides it.

HAIDOX is licensed, not sold. This is not an open-source license. These
terms are the independent proprietary license terms for HAIDOX-owned materials
only. Third-party frameworks, libraries, tools, services, and materials remain
under their own license terms.

1. DEFINITIONS

"HAIDOX" means the software, repository, source materials, documentation,
designs, configuration, scripts, content, data arrangements, outputs,
distributions, backups, updates, and any related project materials provided by
or for the project owner.

"You" means the individual or organization that receives, accesses, installs,
operates, or uses HAIDOX.

"Authorization" means a separate written agreement, written approval, purchase
record, license certificate, service policy, access grant, or other explicit
permission issued or approved by the project owner.

"Authorized scope" means the users, organization, purpose, term, site, server,
customer, project, territory, and technical environment allowed by the relevant
authorization.

2. INSTALLATION AND USE RIGHTS

You may access, install, run, test, operate, modify, or use HAIDOX only within
the authorized scope. Any right not expressly granted is reserved by the project
owner.

Unless a separate authorization says otherwise, each permission is:

- non-exclusive;
- non-transferable;
- limited to the authorized scope;
- revocable for breach, misuse, security risk, or unauthorized access; and
- subject to these license terms.

If no written authorization exists, the only permitted use is temporary internal
review by a person who received direct access from the project owner, and only
for the purpose for which access was provided.

3. ADDITIONAL LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

Additional authorization is required for any use outside the original authorized
scope, including additional users, additional organizations, additional
customers, additional servers, public hosting, commercial operation, production
operation, resale, outsourcing, consulting, education, integration into another
product, or use as part of a separate service offering.

The project owner may condition authorization on payment, identity verification,
technical controls, access limits, notice requirements, audit cooperation,
security requirements, or other reasonable terms.

4. RIGHTS RESERVED

HAIDOX is proprietary material owned or controlled by the project owner. No
access, delivery, demonstration, installation, backup, deployment,
communication, or possession of HAIDOX transfers ownership or grants any
implied license.

All copyright, database rights, trade-secret rights, contract rights,
confidential information rights, and other rights not expressly granted in
writing are reserved.

5. RESTRICTIONS

You may not, without prior written permission from the project owner:

- copy, publish, upload, disclose, distribute, lend, rent, lease, sell,
  sublicense, assign, transfer, host, or otherwise make HAIDOX available to any
  unauthorized person;
- use HAIDOX to create, provide, operate, support, or improve a competing or
  separate product, service, platform, dataset, course, automation, hosting
  service, or software offering;
- use HAIDOX outside the authorized scope or for unauthorized customer work,
  outsourcing, consulting, training, resale, commercialization, or multi-site
  operation;
- remove, alter, hide, damage, or bypass copyright notices, license notices,
  authorship information, contact information, attribution, metadata, access
  controls, security controls, or rights notices;
- claim authorship, ownership, exclusive control, or independent origin over
  HAIDOX or any covered material;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract, clone, imitate, or
  substantially reuse protected expression, structure, arrangement,
  documentation, naming, data organization, or other project-specific material,
  except where applicable law expressly allows it despite this limitation;
- share credentials, repositories, backups, deployments, secret configuration,
  private documentation, logs, or other non-public materials with any
  unauthorized person;
- circumvent technical limits, access controls, license checks, usage limits,
  security measures, or operational restrictions; or
- use HAIDOX in a way that violates law, third-party rights, privacy duties,
  contractual obligations, or the rights of the project owner.

6. MODIFICATIONS AND DERIVATIVE WORKS

You may modify HAIDOX only within the authorized scope. Any modification,
adaptation, translation, customization, integration, output, record, dataset,
documentation, deployment, backup, or other material made from or with HAIDOX
remains subject to these terms to the maximum extent permitted by law and by any
separate written agreement.

Permission to modify or operate HAIDOX does not include permission to publish,
redistribute, resell, transfer, or separately commercialize the modified or
derived material. Rights in the original HAIDOX materials remain reserved by the
project owner.

7. UPDATES, SERVICES, AND SUPPORT

The project owner may provide updates, fixes, documentation, maintenance,
deployment help, support, or hosted services at the project owner's discretion
or under a separate agreement. Unless separate written terms say otherwise,
updates and related materials are part of HAIDOX and are governed by these
license terms.

The project owner is not required to provide support, updates, compatibility,
security fixes, hosting, migration help, backups, or continued access unless a
separate written agreement requires it.

8. DATA, THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS, AND USER CONTENT

HAIDOX may include, depend on, process, display, store, or interact with
third-party frameworks, libraries, software, tools, services, public materials,
external data, user-submitted content, or operational data. Those third-party
items are not relicensed by these terms and remain subject to their own rights,
licenses, contracts, privacy duties, notices, or policies.

These terms apply to HAIDOX-owned materials and do not grant permission to
misuse third-party materials or user data. Inclusion, processing, storage,
display, or reference within HAIDOX does not create a separate right to copy,
redistribute, commercialize, retain, or extract such materials beyond the
authorized scope.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for data,
content, credentials, and systems that you provide, connect, upload, or process
through HAIDOX.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

HAIDOX and related non-public materials must be treated as confidential unless
the project owner has clearly made them public. You must use reasonable care to
prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, loss, misuse, leakage,
tampering, or destruction.

If unauthorized access, copying, disclosure, leakage, credential exposure,
security incident, or misuse is known or suspected, you must promptly notify the
project owner and preserve relevant records, logs, files, messages, and other
records.

10. COMPLIANCE VERIFICATION AND RECORDS

For any dispute, investigation, takedown request, license review, ownership
question, unauthorized-use claim, audit, or enforcement action, the following
may be used as evidence of authorship, ownership, access, notice, delivery,
permission, breach, copying, use, modification, deployment, distribution, or
damages:

- repository history, commit history, file history, branches, tags, hashes,
  timestamps, diffs, signatures, and metadata;
- filesystem metadata, archive metadata, backup records, deployment records,
  server records, logs, database records, access records, account records, and
  billing records;
- emails, messages, invoices, quotations, approvals, license certificates,
  contracts, issue records, review records, support records, and other
  communications;
- source files, generated files, compiled files, documentation, screenshots,
  screen captures, exports, backups, and comparable materials;
- similarity analysis, forensic analysis, watermark-like indicators, naming
  patterns, structure, arrangement, defects, revisions, and other technical or
  circumstantial indicators.

You agree that electronic records and copies may be used as business,
technical, contractual, or circumstantial evidence to the fullest extent
permitted by applicable law. You must not destroy, alter, conceal, withhold, or
falsify relevant evidence after a dispute, investigation, notice, claim, audit,
or reasonable suspicion of unauthorized use arises.

The absence of a particular notice in one file, copy, backup, build, or screen
does not waive the project owner's rights and does not prove permission.

11. TERMINATION

Any unauthorized use or breach of these terms automatically terminates any
permission granted under these terms, unless a separate written agreement says
otherwise. Upon termination, you must stop using HAIDOX and, if requested,
delete, return, disable, or certify deletion of HAIDOX and related materials.

Termination does not limit any claim, remedy, payment obligation,
confidentiality obligation, evidence preservation obligation, or restriction
that by its nature should continue.

12. REMEDIES

The project owner may suspend access, revoke permission, demand cessation,
request deletion or return of materials, seek takedown, require audit
cooperation, and pursue any available legal or equitable remedy. Delay, silence,
limited enforcement, continued technical access, or failure to object
immediately does not waive any right.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

HAIDOX is provided "as is" and "as available" as proprietary work material under
development. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project owner disclaims
all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including
warranties of accuracy, completeness, legality, security, merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation,
compatibility, data integrity, and absence of error.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project owner is not liable for any
loss, damage, claim, interruption, data loss, business loss, lost profit,
revenue loss, legal dispute, security incident, third-party claim, indirect
damage, consequential damage, special damage, incidental damage, punitive
damage, or other harm arising from access to, reliance on, installation of,
operation of, modification of, or distribution of HAIDOX.

Some laws do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In that case, the
project owner's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

15. GOVERNING TERMS, SEVERABILITY, AND CONTACT

A separate written agreement signed or expressly approved by the project owner
controls over these terms only to the extent of a direct conflict. Otherwise,
these terms remain in effect.

If any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts
remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.
